About Autophagy

Autophagy is a practitioner's site on the five practices most reliably associated with autophagy in human studies: fasting, exercise, cold immersion, sauna, and hypoxic breathing. It is written for over-40 functional-fitness athletes who want to keep training hard and ageing well.

Nothing here is medical advice. The aim is to gather what the evidence actually supports, describe how it fits into a real week of training, and stay honest about what is settled and what isn't.

An iPhone app of the same name is in development. Launch will be announced here when it reaches TestFlight.
